The classic gimlet recipe doesn't call for much: just gin, lime juice, and simple syrup. Here we're using a combination of sweet and tart berries in the form of Blueberry Lemon Basil and Cranberry Rose Mixicles to chill the gin and add flavor and color.
The recipe makes two cocktails — perfect for happy hour at home with a friend, or after a really long day. Bottoms up!
- 1 Blueberry Lemon Basil Mixicles® cube
- 1 Cranberry Rose Mixicles® cube
- Juice of one lime (about 1½ oz.)
- ½ oz. simple syrup (more if you prefer a sweeter drink)
- 5 oz. gin
How to Mix:
Shake the Mixicles with gin, lime juice, and simple syrup until the cubes are fully dissolved. Pour into two coupe glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
