The strawberry preserves in this recipe are the key to creating a dreamy foam topper. And the ginger beer provides a tart, slightly spicy finish. For this cocktail, we love using Q Tropical Ginger Beer, which is made with real ginger, agave, mango, passion fruit, and pineapple.
- 2 Orange Blossom Pomegranate Mixicles® cubes
- ½ tbsp. strawberry preserves
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1½ oz. vodka
- 1½ to 2 oz. ginger beer
How to Mix:
Add one Mixicles cube, strawberry preserves, pineapple juice, and vodka to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds to develop foam. Pour contents into a highball glass and top with ginger beer. Add one more cube and garnish with fresh or dehydrated strawberry slices, orange wheel, and/or pineapple wedge.
